Perspective Drawing Book Question

What is best "perspective drawing" book required for a technical illustrator?
Kevin Hulsey show the Perspective for Interior Designers by John Pile book in his website and I bought it.
However, the book is so bad, it's not showing a step-by-step instruction but only a lot of words like a newspaper.

Here are a few more books to consider:
- Jon Duff/Greg Maxson - The Complete Technical Illustrator (complete textbook on technical illustration, one chapter on perspective with step-by-step on plan-projection drawing)
- Francis D. K. Ching - Design Drawing (pretty thorough book on accurately drawing 3D space, focus on architecture/environments)
- Scott Robertson - How To Draw (focus on sketching objects, vehicles, environment, concept art)
Before you start buying, I suggest checking what your local library might have available.

One more book to add to the previous list is 'PERSPECTIVE'. A guide for Artists, Architects and Designers. Author: Gwen White. B.T Batsford Ltd London. Published by Watson-Guptill New York. First printed in 1968.
A sound technical instruction guide for creating perspective for all occasions.
Unfortunately The book will probably be out of print but you may be able to source it from somewhere on the web.
